Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct resident services and medication management, assisting with service plans, overseeing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring quality resident care. The LPN supervises personal care staff and assists in their orientation and training. Key tasks include managing medication administration, maintaining accurate resident documentation, and responding to emergency situations. Required Qualifications
