Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for full-time day and evening shifts at Rosewalk Lutherwoods Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include developing meaningful relationships with residents, utilizing nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being, and collaborating with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated care. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
