Job Summary
Care for the senior population requiring assisted living health care services and provide resident care and treatment. Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications and educate residents on medical treatments. Maintain a compassionate demeanor while building rapport with residents and utilizing medical tools and equipment. This role begins in late summer 2026 at the new Pinecrest facility in Brainerd, MN. Country Manor is recognized as a top-rated health care facility serving nearly 1,000 individuals daily across its campuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in good standing as an LPN in the State of Minnesota
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
