Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document changes in resident condition while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. Create a comforting atmosphere through meaningful interactions that learn life stories, fostering teamwork and coordinated care with nursing and facility staff. Work part-time on night shifts to support the C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. This role within our Senior Living Division enhances residents' lifestyles through whole-person centered care, offering mentorship and education partnerships for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
