Document interdisciplinary progress notes reflecting resident care and administer medications in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate drug and narcotic records, report discrepancies to the nurse manager, and follow proper disposal procedures. Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs. Requires an active Pennsylvania LPN license, current CPR and First Aid certification, and experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing. Evening shift offers higher pay, a calmer atmosphere, and flexible daytime scheduling.
