Job Summary
Participate in care planning processes and update records for changes in resident conditions. Complete medication administration records and treatment logs to ensure accurate drug monitoring indicators are identified. Obtain required lab values as recommended by prescriptions and process new resident physician orders, completing necessary assessments. Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident conditions and environment, while promptly informing the primary care physician of any significant changes. Maintain a current Maryland LPN license and CPR certification while working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Current Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatrics nursing, or significant medical/surgical clinical experience during schooling
