Job Summary
Complete medical forms, QA reports, evaluations, charting, and 24-hour reports for the Director of Nursing, including admission, transfer, and discharge documentation. Review monthly kardexes for physician order accuracy and adherence to stop policies, while regularly assessing caregiver progress notes for regulatory compliance and resident response. Submit pertinent information in resident care logs and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Requires two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience, a current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License, and CPR certification. Evening shift (3p-11p) with rotating weekends and higher pay.
