Job Summary
The LPN at Jordan Health is responsible for providing quality medical aid to patients as part of a primary health care support team. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, managing patient flow to service staff, and ensuring compliance with care requirements. Candidates must have an accredited LPN program, a current NYS LPN license, medication administration certification, and current BLS/CPR training.
