Job Summary
Provide patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician; administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions; collect and document objective and subjective data; maintain up-to-date documentation; participate in quality initiatives and departmental orientation; educate patients and family members; assist with equipment maintenance and restocking.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing
- Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
