Job Summary
Provide patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician in Wooster FHC Urgent Care; administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions; collect and document patient data; educate patients and families; maintain complete and up-to-date documentation; participate in quality initiatives and orientation of new staff; require Ohio LPN license and BLS certification; on-site role with shift flexibility (start times around 7:00am or 8:00am).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing
- Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
