Job Summary
LPN to join Southern Health Partners Inc as part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team delivering care in correctional facilities. On-site role providing routine and urgent nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation in line with state and facility regulations. Collaborates with RNs, providers, and mental health professionals to support patient well-being, safety, and infection control. Required Qualifications
