Job Summary
Obtain and record patient vital signs, document history components, and perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture under provider direction. Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff while preparing charts for clinical information and handling prescription call-backs. Maintain supply inventory and ensure examination rooms are stocked. Adhere to regulatory compliance and HIPAA standards for protected health information. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule in Albany, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - NYS Licensure
- Previous experience in a patient care setting

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, patients and their family members or other employees within the work setting
