Job Summary
Collect and document patient information including vital signs, medications, allergies, and health risk screens. Provide clinical interventions such as drug administration and treatments as ordered by providers. Monitor patients with chronic diseases, verify eligibility, and collaborate with RNs to coordinate care plans. Assist with phone communications, training, and ad-hoc duties while maintaining compliance with laboratory QC, narcotic counts, and crash cart requirements. Present gathered medical information to ITDs as needed. This role offers no weekends, nights, or holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $20.38 to $36.44.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a LPN
- No weekends, nights or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Electronic medical records (EMR) experience
- Immunization and injection experience
- Charge or leadership experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
