Job Summary
Collect and document patient information including vital signs, medications, allergies, and health risk screens. Provide clinical interventions such as drug administration and procedures as ordered by the provider. Monitor patients with chronic diseases, verify eligibility, and anticipate provider needs for exams or treatments. Collaborate with the RN to coordinate patient care plans and assist coworkers with duties as requested. Manage compliance requirements including laboratory QC, narcotic counts, and crash cart maintenance. Gather medical information to present cases to ITDs. No weekends, nights, or holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $20.38 to $36.44.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a LPN
- No weekends, nights or holidays

Desired Qualifications

- Immunization and injection experience
- Charge or leadership experience
