Job Summary
Collect and document patient information including vital signs, medications, and health risk screens. Provide clinical interventions such as drug administration and procedures as ordered. Monitor patients with chronic diseases, verify eligibility, and collaborate with the RN to coordinate care plans. Assist with phone communications, anticipate provider needs for exams, and support coworkers with training and duties. Manage compliance requirements like laboratory QC, narcotic counts, and crash cart maintenance. Gather medical data for ITD presentations as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a LPN
- No weekends, nights or holidays
