LPN - Acute Inpatient Rehab (Full-time 36 hours, Rotational) Canonsburg

Provide general nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, assisting clinical providers during treatment, examinations, and testing. Collect assessment data, prepare patients for examinations, and document clinical information while reporting changes in patient condition. Order diagnostic tests as directed, gather results prior to provider assessment, and schedule procedures under registered nurse oversight. Administer medications, collect blood and tissue specimens, and prepare patients for laboratory testing. Work full-time 36-hour rotational shifts on a 16-bed rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping patients regain function and independence.
