LPN - Acute Inpatient Rehab, Canonsburg (Full-time)

Perform general nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, assisting with equipment preparation and clinical provider treatments. Collect assessment data, prepare patients for examinations, and document clinical information while reporting condition changes to registered nurses or physicians. Order diagnostic tests as directed, gather results, and schedule procedures under clinical oversight. Administer medications, collect blood and tissue specimens, and prepare patients for testing. Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all data security guidelines and company policies.
