Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This onsite role requires state licensure as an LPN or LVN, current BLS certification, and full-time night shift availability. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
- State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
