Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced clinical environment. Maintain valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Full-time nights shift with quarterly incentives and annual merit increases.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
- State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
