Job Summary
Accord Services is hiring an LPN to provide medical and personal care based on individualized Plans of Care for clients. Responsibilities include orienting new caregivers, communicating changes in client medical status, driving clients to appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, a current TB skin test or chest X-ray, a certificate from an accredited nursing program, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible schedules and competitive pay rates are offered.
