Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities at Lifeworks. Responsibilities include administering medications, handling medical supplies, addressing daily health needs and emergencies, monitoring health conditions, performing health assessments and documentation, coordinating care with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations. Requires active MA LPN license, one year of experience, and valid driver’s license; benefits package includes retirement contributions, health coverage, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability and life insurance, and employer-provided resources. Shift includes Tue/Wed 8:00am-4:00pm and Fri 7:30am-3:40pm; salary $35/hour.
Required Qualifications
