LPN 7pm-7am shift 3 days per week (6 shifts bi-weekly)**

Conduct licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, I & O, catheterization, and medication administration. Evaluate resident needs, condition, and history while orienting, admitting, discharging, and transferring residents. Keep care plans updated, supervise nursing assistants, and lead the unit as assigned. Adhere to state and federal regulations, participate in QAPI and compliance training, and promote a trauma-informed care culture. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and staff regarding care plans and organizational improvements. Work 6:45pm to 7:15am, three days per week, with every other weekend and holiday coverage.
