LPN 7pm-7am shift 3 days per week (6 shifts bi-weekly)**

Conduct licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, I & O, catheterization, enemas, and tube feeds. Administer medications, evaluate resident needs, and manage admissions, discharges, and transfers while keeping care plans updated. Supervise nursing assistants, orient staff, and lead the unit as assigned. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, guests, and staff regarding verbal and written care documentation. Adhere to state and federal regulations, participate in QAPI and compliance training, and share improvement ideas with leadership. Perform personal services, clerical tasks, and unit cleaning duties as directed. Work 6:45pm to 7:15am three days per week, including every other weekend and holidays, at a base rate of $30.00 plus shift differentials.
