Job Summary
LPN on the night shift (7pm-7am) at Connelly Springs' MFA Carolina Rehab Center of Burke. Provide direct patient care, supervise CNAs, and document patient status, addressing issues for RN review. Requires NC LPN license; one year of nursing experience preferred though new grads are welcome. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits including health/dental insurance within 90 days, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k with company match. Retention bonus of $7,000 noted. Responsibilities include nursing care per state/federal regulations and MFA policies, and writing weekly/monthly care summaries.
Required Qualifications
- Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
