Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to work with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential program. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and medical treatments, assessing health needs, performing first aid and emergency responses, maintaining health records, coordinating care with Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists, providing health education and self-care instruction, and performing home visits as required. Shift is 24 hours, 3pm-11pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Requires MA LPN license, at least one year of nursing experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- One year of nursing experience
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
