Collect patient data and review it with the supervising RN while documenting individual patient and family teaching. Implement discharge plans upon admission and throughout hospitalization, then safely administer medication within LPN scope and policy. Organize and prioritize work based on staff and patient needs, demonstrating sound judgment in emergency situations. Consult with the Clinical Coordinator and Charge RN regarding unit activities and problems, actively solicit feedback, and recognize limitations to seek appropriate assistance. Adhere to infection control guidelines and participate in quality improvement activities to foster teamwork.
