Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct nursing services to residents on the 3rd shift (6pm-6am). Implement resident plan of care, administer treatments, assist with assessments and evaluations, support diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, delegate appropriate components of the care plan to nursing assistants with supervision, validate and communicate data, record information in patient records, evaluate resident responses to treatments, coordinate care needs with the care team, and participate in ongoing professional growth and development. Requires a valid nursing license.
