Assess, plan, and implement patient care using the nursing process while maintaining clinical competency through integrated knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs effectively, adhering to current nursing standards of practice and regulations. Foster continuous quality improvement with problem-solving skills and demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of care. This full-time or part-time night shift role (3pm-11pm) offers up to $35/hour, including shift differentials and a no-paid-leave program.
