LPN 3p-11p shift Full-Time or Part-Time *

Conduct licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, medication administration, and resident care plan updates. Evaluate resident needs and condition, then orient, admit, discharge, and transfer residents while communicating effectively with physicians, residents, guests, and staff. Supervise and guide nursing assistants, potentially assuming lead of the unit. Adhere to state and federal regulations and participate in QAPI efforts by attending trainings, sharing improvement ideas, and adjusting practice based on findings. Support Trauma Informed Care and compliance ethics initiatives. Work 2:45pm to 11:15pm shifts with every other weekend rotation.
