LPN 3p-11p shift Full-Time or Part-Time *

Conduct licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, I & O, catheterization, enemas, and tube feeds. Administer medications and evaluate resident needs, history, and condition while orienting, admitting, discharging, and transferring residents. Keep care plans updated and supervise nursing assistants, potentially assuming unit lead. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, guests, and staff in both verbal and written formats. Adhere to state and federal regulations and participate in QAPI, compliance, ethics, and trauma-informed care initiatives. Assist with therapy, perform personal services, and handle clerical tasks as directed. Work 2:45pm to 11:15pm shifts with weekend differentials; base rate $34/hour plus shift differential.
