Job Summary
Deliver personal care and support to residents while observing, monitoring, and documenting their health and vital signs. Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories to ensure the highest level of resident-focused care. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations within a professional, supportive environment. All shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and per diem options.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts
Desired Qualifications
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
