Job Summary
Lead and direct nursing care for residents in assigned units while serving as the primary point of contact for families. Ensure CNA and RMA documentation is accurate and complete by providing one-on-one training as needed. Perform administrative duties including completing medical reports, forms, evaluations, and charting in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Manage the operation of the Resident Services Department using established community policies and procedures. Requires a current, unencumbered LPN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and two years of supervisory experience. Required Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care and/or in an assisted living community
- Two years of experience supervising others in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare institution
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in this state
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program, college, or university
- Current CPR certification
