Job Summary
Maintain medical records, conduct intake appraisals, and assist medical providers with resident and staff care. Coordinate with all departments and the Nurse Manager for projects, ensuring compliance with STAR policies, ACA, PREA, and Ohio Board of Nursing requirements. Inspect equipment, verify resident medications for correct dosage, and review MARs to confirm adherence to medical orders. Perform periodic facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and compliance, while providing guidance to residents and managing vendor relationships.
