Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift on 12-hour shifts, three days per week with every other weekend. Administer medications, monitor residents, provide direct nursing care, document care, supervise CNAs, participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
