Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care in a clinic setting under RN/physician supervision. Responsibilities include assessing health status, developing and implementing care plans, taking and recording vital signs, administering medications or starting IV fluids, observing and reporting changes, wound care, wound care like dressing, and catheterizations while maintaining a safe environment. Plan of care developed with physicians and RN, with Monday–Friday office hours and travel as needed. Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing or related patient-care program, LPN licensure, and BLS certification; 2 years of nursing/patient-care experience preferred.
