Job Summary
The LPHA Clinical Supervisor will train and support LPHA, LPHA-Associates/Intern, and QMHP in Intake and Counseling, ensuring services align with UM guidelines and trauma-informed, person- and family-centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing intake processes, managing counseling caseloads and referral lists, providing individual and group supervision, conducting performance evaluations, and handling personnel actions. The role requires expert clinical delivery, ability to model and oversee service provision, and collaboration with behavioral health leadership. Supervisory duties include ensuring documentation standards are met, coordinating training, and potentially translating duties if bilingual. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and Texas licensure with supervisor status, with at least three years of relevant clinical experience; bilingual ability is preferred; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Texas Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with supervisor status required; licensed supervisor preferred
- Has at least three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
