Job Summary
Rula is building a network of licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll join a therapist community with complete schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and administrative support handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment). The role emphasizes private-practice independence with client referrals and ongoing professional development (CEU courses), while Rula provides credentialing assistance, insurance onboarding, and dedicated support. Required credentials include Maryland licensure (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C) and an active NPI; remote servicing via telehealth is supported. Compensation is per hourly session (LCPC: $90 per 53-minute session), with biweekly direct deposit and payment protections for no-shows and late cancellations.
