Job Summary
LPC, LPC Associate or LCSW needed to join Rula’s licensed-provider network as a 1099 contractor delivering behavioral health services. The role supports telehealth delivery to clients in Washington with flexible schedule autonomy, credentialing assistance, and full administrative support (billing, claims, EHR, and insurance processing). Compensation is $80 per hour per 53-minute session, with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. The position emphasizes private-practice style care with independent client scheduling, access to dedicated referrals, and ongoing clinical development resources, including CEU offerings. Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure, have a valid NPI, and be licensed to practice in Washington; telehealth capability is required. Remote work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
