Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) are invited to join Rula’s provider network as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth psychotherapy. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Quick credentialing with certification partners, complete schedule autonomy, and best-fit client referrals are provided; the platform handles insurance billing, claims, and EHR support so you can focus on client care. Must be licensed in Washington (WA, US) and able to provide telehealth; position available for remote work with WA-based licensure; location option includes Madison, WI for remote involvement. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a growing therapist community within a telehealth-first practice.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
