Job Summary
Contractor LMFT/LICSW/LMHC wanted to join Rula's network of licensed clinicians. Role offers 1099 contractor status, with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed BI-weekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/cancellations/denied claims. The provider will handle telehealth sessions with clients across Washington; credentialing support, insurance processing, and admin are provided by Rula. The position emphasizes private-practice-like independence, flexible scheduling, access to referrals, and ongoing clinical development resources including CEU courses. Eligible clinicians must be licensed in WA with ability to provide telehealth and maintain NPI; remote work is supported.
