LPC/LPC Associate or LCSW with Washington licensure sought to join Rula's telehealth clinician network as a 1099 contractor. Provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth, with autonomy to set your schedule and choose client load. Position includes rapid credentialing support, administrative relief (billing, claims, EHR, and related tasks handled by Rula), access to best-fit client referrals, and a supportive clinician community. Compensation is per hour for sessions (LMHC rate listed at 80 per hour for a 53-minute session) with guaranteed payment biweekly and protections for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Requirements include active licensure in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth. Remote work is available with WA and Boston, MA, US locations mentioned; clinicians can work remotely with ongoing telehealth delivery and credentialing support.
