Agents focus on clinical care while Rula handles administrative tasks, billing, EHR, and scheduling. Roles require holding LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licenses, being licensed in WA, and ability to provide telehealth; compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims; remote work is supported via telehealth and private-practice collaboration.
