Job Summary
LPC/LPC Associate or LCSW sought for telehealth behavioral health practice in Washington. 1099 contractor role with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
