Job Summary
Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers in the network are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Compensation details include LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. The role emphasizes credentialing assistance, private practice-style flexibility, best-fit client referrals, and admin relief (billing, claims, EHR, and tech support) so clinicians can focus on delivering quality client care. The position supports telehealth and remote work, requires active licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) and a valid NPI, and is based in Washington with remote-capable practice; ongoing professional development and CEU opportunities are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
