LPC, LPC Associate or LCSW

Licensed clinicians (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) are invited to join Rula's provider network as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Washington and California. Providers have complete schedule autonomy with no minimum caseloads, and Rula handles administrative tasks including insurance credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and other support. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protections for no-shows/late cancellations. This role emphasizes clinical care, network collaboration, private-practice flexibility, and access to referrals with ongoing CEU opportunities.
