Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) sought as contract-based clinicians to join Rula's telehealth network in Washington. Positions are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete scheduling autonomy. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care via telehealth, credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners, and leveraging Rula's admin/ billing/ EHR support so clinicians focus on client care. Offers include flexible scheduling, best-fit client referrals, and access to CEU courses. Must hold WA licensure and provide telehealth; NPI required. Remote work is available with potential locations in WA and MO per posting hints; applicants must be licensed in WA and able to deliver telehealth.
