Job Summary
Contract Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) join Rula's network as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. Providers have schedule autonomy with no minimum caseloads, and admin heavy-lifting is handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and insurance interactions). Compensation includes LMHC at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks. The role emphasizes credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners, private practice-style client referrals, and access to ongoing clinical development resources (CEU). The position supports remote telehealth work and requires licensure in WA with the ability to provide telehealth.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
