The role offers private-practice autonomy with complete scheduling freedom, 1099 contractor status, and enrollment support with insurance partners; providers set their own client load, receive hourly compensation (LMHC: $80 per session, 53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit, and benefit from administrative support (billing, claims, EHR, and claims handling). Responsibilities include delivering clinical care via telehealth, credentialing assistance, maintaining licensure, and leveraging Rula’s infrastructure to focus on client care while Rula handles administrative tasks. Qualifications emphasize active licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), valid NPI, Washington state licensure, and telehealth capability; candidates must be able to operate remotely and participate in private practice within WA with potential to serve clients in Nevada via telehealth or through network referrals.
