Job Summary
Provide support services to severely emotionally disturbed or disabled adult behavioral health clients to coordinate treatment, assist with achieving functional levels, and maximize symptom self-management. Lead the recovery model for staff at all levels while enhancing quality of life and recovery for patients. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health discipline with three years of clinical experience post-Master's. Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license and be CPR certified. Prior outpatient or inpatient psychiatric experience is preferred. Schedule is 8a-4:30p at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related mental health discipline with an emphasis on clinical experience
- Three years experience past Master's in the mental health field
- Licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Must be CPR certified
Desired Qualifications
- Prior clinical experience providing outpatient mental health or inpatient psychiatric services
