Job Summary
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) provide individual therapy to residents, conduct initial assessments, update treatment plans, and collaborate with nurses and other providers. The role includes documenting sessions and notes to meet compliance and billing standards, coordinating with families for follow-ups, and delivering brief, focused therapy to adults and geriatric residents. Schedule is Mon–Fri (7 AM–7 PM) with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and opportunities include fee-for-service or salaried options at partnered facilities; compensation ranges $80,000–$100,000 annually with strong benefits and W-2 employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
